Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- General office support (data entry, faxing, copying, filing, mail/fax distribution).
- Receive and direct incoming calls.
- Assist Meetings department with database management as needed.
- Review and analyze program participant evaluation forms and prepare data summaries
- Maintain general office organization and facilities.
- Vendor/supplier/office inventory management
- Plan and organize annual holiday party.
- Coordinate, select and distribute holiday client gifts.
- Special projects as needed.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years previous administrative experience.
- Candidate must possess very strong communication and organizational skills.
- Must be able to work independently and effectively multitask in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
- College degree preferred
