Description:


Roles and Responsibilities:
  • General office support (data entry, faxing, copying, filing, mail/fax distribution).
  • Receive and direct incoming calls.
  • Assist Meetings department with database management as needed.
  • Review and analyze program participant evaluation forms and prepare data summaries
  • Maintain general office organization and facilities.
  • Vendor/supplier/office inventory management
  • Plan and organize annual holiday party.
  • Coordinate, select and distribute holiday client gifts.
  • Special projects as needed.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years previous administrative experience.
  • Candidate must possess very strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to work independently and effectively multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
  • College degree preferred
