Description:
Our client is searching for a Healthcare Recruiter and Business Developer with experience in both temporary and permanent staffing services to develop new business relationships within the Medical / Healthcare community.

Our target clients are the HR departments and Office Managers of Hospitals, Physician Offices, Mental health providers, Nursing Homes, etc. Recruiters will be soliciting Companies in regard to the hiring of Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, medical office and technical staff.

General responsibilities will include: Develop relationships with new clients, obtain job orders, negotiate contracts, source and screen candidates and manage entire recruitment process to place candidates.

Qualified candidates will have 5-10 years experience in a healthcare staffing agency and previous contacts in the healthcare industry. In addition, a dynamic, sales oriented drive & strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
