Description:

We are currently seeking an Account Director - Strategy to join our client’s team. In this role, the successful candidate will develop new business in existing and new accounts, and manage on-going strategic planning and tactical implementation projects. In addition, you will propose and manage research projects, managed markets strategy formulation, and oversee tactical implementation of these projects on behalf of the client. You will act as the primary liaison to other agencies, leveraging all internal resources to provide a fully integrated client-service approach.

Qualified candidates will have:

• BA degree or equivalent experience, Masters degree preferred
• 3-5 years of agency account management experience
• Pharmaceutical industry experience a must; managed markets background strongly preferred
• Superior quantitative research and analytical skills
• Strong client service orientation
• Thorough understanding of current regulatory climate
• Ability to write details aids for use by pharmaceutical sales reps
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and research skills
