Description:
Play an integral role in our client-oriented team assisting in the design and analysis of patient education programs. You will be involved in a program from design (looking at patient data) and initiation through implementation and post-program analytics. You will develop a solid understanding of client issues and an ability to analyze those issues within a project framework. Using well-honed interpersonal skills, you’ll collaborate internally with key departments to successfully meet program specifications, and present program results and analyses directly to external clients. We will look to you to provide decision and analytic support in sizing potential opportunities and ensuring program measurability and feasibility. You’ll assess and report program performance, conduct program impact analyses using business and analytical skills, and leverage learnings to drive future optimization.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area
- Exceptional capacity for quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Superior problem solving skills; ability to think clearly about business issues and define and evaluate alternative solutions, desire to engage in strategic thinking
- Effective task management, oral and written communication skills; ability to work with senior leaders and other cross-functional groups to build consensus
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to rapidly changing roles and responsibilities
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Record of strong academic and business achievement (1-2 years of business experience)
- Strong business analytical skills and experience
- Experience with statistical and/or market analyses a plus
- Familiarity with SQL and/or SAS a plus
- Effective task management, oral and written communication skills; ability to work with senior leaders and other cross-functional groups to build consensus
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to rapidly changing roles and responsibilities
- Willingness to travel as needed
