Description:
The Director of Educational Design will lead a team of medical writers and educators in designing compelling scientific content to improve the quality and safety of healthcare by positively impacting physician behavior through CME initiatives.
We seek an individual who has a passion for teaching healthcare professionals, an ability to integrate adult learning principles into educational design and content, and to develop effective outcome measurement tools. The ideal candidate will bring strong medical writing and management skills, a background in instructional design, and a willingness to join a leadership team devoted to the provision of exemplary CME.

Requirements:
- Advanced scientific, medical, or educational degree (masters or doctorate) as well as relevant experience within the healthcare communications, CME and/or pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in needs assessment, educational design, and outcomes measurement of CME activities
- 5 or more years experience in medical writing
- Ability to manage and mentor team of internal and freelance medical writers
- Neuroscience, infectious disease, hematology, respiratory experience is a plus.
