Position: Project Manager/Manager Of Strategic Operations

Responsibilities/Requirements:
- Performs a wide variety of duties within the operations team including lead operations contact for assigned projects. Must be able to manage projects from conceptual stage through the entire project life cycle while optimizing project timelines and financials. This role is responsible for managing client expectations, physician opinion leaders, and supporting vendors for assigned projects.
- Building relationships with Product/Brand Managers, Clinical Faculty and Marketing Executives of Fortune 100 pharmaceutical and health care companies.
- Define, develop and fulfill creative communication marketing and medical education strategies including: Consultant/advisory strategies, CME video/audio conferences, live meeting events, publication/print programs, promotional programs and various other direct communication strategies.
- Liaise with client and consultant specialist/sales team on defining expectations, meeting business targets and managing issues.
- Manage the project budget and reconcile with financial statements.
- Consults with management and consultant specialists/sales team to determine goals, timelines, project budget, and staffing requirements for proposals and projects.
- Develops project plan including timeline, strategies, staffing, scheduling, risk analysis, and resources needed for assigned projects
- Assigns duties and responsibilities to project team members.
- Manages team and all aspects of the project(s) to satisfy project expectations, deliverables, milestones, and tasks.
- Responsible for directing and coordinating operations/project team to ensure project is on schedule and budget.
- Conducts regular interdepartmental and team meetings to ensure communication and progress project.
- Develops and reviews internal status reports prepared by project team.
- Develops and communicates client status reports with clients, consultant specialist/sales and management.
- Monitors project and team results against client expectations.
- Manages financial and documentation of clients’ project change request.
- Negotiation and execution of vendor contracts.
- Manages fiscal/budgetary obligation for projects (budgeting to reconciliation).
- Manages financial run rate for all client projects.
- Executes Business Diagnostic Validation reviews conducted through out the project life cycle.
- Implementation and execution of quality programs exceeding client expectations.

- Full Time Position Reporting to Director of Strategic Operations with matrix management reporting to executive in charge
