Description:

Small New York City marketing, medical education and communications firm specializing in the pharmaceutical industry seeks a writer/project development professional to work in an intimate team-based environment with shared responsibilities in developing, writing and managing a variety of promotional, educational, and research based projects. Candidate must have 3+ years experience with some or all of the following:

• Content development and implementation for advisory board meetings, speaker training meetings and a variety of customer driven marketing programs.
• Proficient in PowerPoint
• Strong writing skills
• Management of client relationships
• Planning of projects, maintaining timelines, organization of schedules and meeting demanding deadlines.
• Variety of data collection methodologies (survey, anecdotal, interview, etc.) and the ability to craft results into cohesive reports with "next step" recommendations and follow-through.
• Management of interactions and workflow with physicians, managed care professionals, and medical association executives and staff.

The potential for professional growth and expanding responsibilities are an essential expectation of this position. Domestic and international travel involved.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferable)
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
• At least 3+ years experience in medical education agency
