Responsibilities:
After extensive product and presentation training, the Sales Coordinator will work hand-in-hand with Account Executives, Medical Affairs, Project Management, and the Editorial teams to provide inside sales support in the following ways:
- Conduct research for competitive intelligence
- Conduct research for Proposals and Request for Information development
- Coordinate with Account Executives and Management to develop proposal budgets
- Brainstorm ideas for proposal development
- Working with Sales team, write and submit proposals
- Liaison with vendors and CME providers
- Attend weekly Sales meeting
- Creative and adaptable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Solid research and problem-solving skills a must
- Exceptional attention for detail with an ability to "self edit" one’s own work
- Takes the initiative, self-reliant
- A flexible team player with a strong work ethic
- Enjoys the challenge of new business development
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with team members across all levels of the company

- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite of applications required
- Experience with Visio, strong Internet skills, and Adobe Creative Suite applications are added pluses
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Major preferred: Communications, Business, Marketing
