Description:
Due to outstanding growth, we are currently seeking to grow our Account Management staff with an Account Supervisor/Senior Account Executive willing to make a difference.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences or a related field
- 5-7 yrs pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical experience, agency side preferred, with 3 plus years of supervising staff
- Previous experience in planning, selling and managing marketing communications programs
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Primary contact to clients, continually fostering client-agency relationship and provide strategic guidance to meet client’s business goals
- Participate in new business projects and presentations
- Participate in external company promotions through articles, speeches, presentations, professional memberships
- Supervise and train account staff; manage employee development
