About Position
Our client is actively searching for an organized, self motivated, positive, proactive individual to join the medical team as an Account Manager for our Nurse to Patient Team. The Account Manager will assist the company by providing the following support:
General Account Management
- Responsible for building relationships with key clients
- Maximize volume of business within account
- Be able to comfortably deliver all capabilities
- Generate new business proposals
- Proactively recommend options for clients based on budget, need, etc.
- Proactively intervene for client resolution
- Initiate strategic meetings with top level clients
- Account Manager is the consistency when multiple planners are on an account
- Attend as many client meetings as possible
- Travel on-site to meetings as needed
- Complete or update client profile document regularly
- Assist to ensure the "loop is closed" between clients and the planning team
- Prepare a weekly report outlining your business plan and activity
- Attend all sales blitzes
- Participate in all quarterly team goals
- Volunteer for strategic projects pertaining to the client services team and moving the company forward
- Primary interface with clients
- Prepare or review agendas for client meetings
- Present proposals for new business with existing clients
- Draft communications and work orders for clients and network
- Send all work orders to Director of Operations for review and submission to procurement
- Present monthly bills to clients at scheduled meetings
- Prepare quarterly budget analysis
- Responsible to meet with program manager to communicate new account updates, receive project updates, and ensure projects are transitioned running smoothly, and clients are comfortable
- Reviews all NTP billing with Finance team
- Responsible for maintaining high level information on all programs in process and addressing issues with clients and keeping team updated
- Responsible to work with Implementation Manager and Program Manager on reporting needs for client
- Update Director of Operations on new processes or team requests from clients
- Lead meaningful monthly account meetings
- Give strategic updates in twice monthly Client Services meeting
- Attend internal planning meetings
- Keep team informed of product and client changes
- Ensure process compliance with team
- Ensure that timelines, post cons, and executive summaries are being completed
- Coach team around core values to develop skills
- Assist to ensure the "loop is closed" between Program Managers and Program Coordinators
