Position involves development of scientific content in a variety of formats, accurate interpretation of data, communication with clients and authors, and ability to clearly communicate and produce quality product efficiently under multiple timelines
Education and Core Competencies Required
- PhD or PharmD
- 1 year research or work experience (eg, postdoctoral)
- Prior publication experience (ie, scientific manuscript development for peer-reviewed journal)
- Excellent writing and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple timelines
- Willingness to travel (~15%)
- Scientific/medical writing of primary manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and slides sets including accurate interpretation of data
- Development of review articles and continuing medical education materials
- Development of promotional/sales materials, such as training modules, formulary dossiers, and product monographs
- Data verification and analysis as required
- Research (eg, literature or competitor searches)
- Attend scientific/client meetings and provide pre- and post-meeting materials as needed
- Development of publication plans
- Verbal and written internal communication (eg, project status) and external communication (eg, clients and authors)
