Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced full-time Executive Producer to lead our talented team of Project Managers. The Executive Producer is responsible for the daily operations of the project management team, set priorities and resource allocation, oversee adherence to processes, budgets and timeliness of all projects. This position includes both managerial and hands-on project management responsibilities.
In addition to outstanding communication skills, the candidate must be able to:
- Manage the overall project development process and project development teams from initial conception through the development and testing phases to final launch and completion.
- Work closely with the Creative Director, Technology Director, Designers, Web Developers and Programmers to conceptualize and execute the content strategy while realizing the creative vision for individual projects.
- Create, organize, and modify project schedules, develop information architecture designs, organize testing procedures, lead client reviews, and collaborate on special projects.
- Supervise work done by outside vendors and/or freelancers for projects areas outside our area of internal expertise. " Act as main contact with client/vendor and project lead with internal teams (programmers and designers) to communicate needs and responsibilities.
- Our work includes web sites, interactive CD-ROMs, kiosks, Print promotions and interactive marketing materials. Our clients are the top 15 Pharmaceutical Companies and larger Fortune 500 companies with repeat use of our services.
- 5+ years of project management experience.
- 3+ years of promotional pharma experience
- Proven track record of successful technology implementations
- Knowledge of MS Project and MS Visio
- College degree
