Our client is a tactical medical education agency that services strategic development and implementation of long-term medical education programs for the pharmaceutical industry. Company will be relocating to North Central New Jersey in November.
Description:
Competencies:
- Communication skills - ability to present difficult concepts clearly to sales team and/or clients/CME providers
- Entrepreneurial sprit - willingness to assist in building the business
- High organization skills. Being able to manage more than one program with multiple deadlines.
- Ability to multi-task, work in a service environment and manage projects within an allotted budget
- Public Speaking/Presentation Skills required
- Over 5 years experience in Certified Medical Education
- Proficient in PowerPoint Presentations
- Responsible for managing and working on content across three forms of media: Live, Traditional, and New
- Management/ direction of content and writers per project
- The creation of robust need assessments/grants that meet our CME provider/Sponsor needs
- Responsible for creating and maintaining partnerships with faculty leaders
- Develops, presents, maintains content and scientific integrity of program(s)
- Develop scientific work that supports the educational strategy/Development of Curriculum
- Time spent working on projects, presentations, and working with the Account Executives on full need assessments)
