Description:
Our client is searching for a full-time Senior Account Executive / Account Executive.
Responsibilities include:
- Development and implementation of program initiatives including content, project/timeline management, coordination of team activities, and budget/financial tracking
- As a member of a high performance account team, coordinate the day-to-day execution of promotional and educational program initiatives
- Collaborate with clients, faculty, and internal departments (editorial, creative, production, sales, and meeting planning) to ensure continuity, quality, and timely delivery of programs
- Cultivate and maintain excellent working relationships with clients and faculty
- Attend client meetings
- Participate in brainstorming meetings to develop ideas for programs
- Develop proposals and budgets
- Senior Account Executive - 5-7 years of medical education or advertising experience
- Account Executive - 2-4 years of medical education or advertising experience
- BA/BS degree
- Excellent client service, organizational, prioritization, and communication skills
- Travel as needed
