Description:


Our client is looking for an excellent Client Solutions Director with strong pharmaceutical/healthcare background to manage all aspects of our education and training programs. This position requires someone who can "think outside the box" and be strategic as well as "hands on" with daily projects. In this position the individual will recognize and pursue new business opportunities on the accounts for which he/she is assigned and provide leadership, training and development for those reporting to him/her.

Resume and portfolio should exhibit evidence of the following:
  • A bachelors degree from a four (4) year, accredited college or university and a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in the account management field within the pharmaceutical or other health-care marketing and promotion industries (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered)
  • A minimum of three (3) years of prior staff management, development, and mentoring experience
  • A thorough understanding of advertising, marketing, and strategic brand management
  • A sound understanding of regulatory and legal constraints as they affect pharmaceutical advertising and promotion
  • Proven ability to communicate complex biological science to physicians and patients when appropriate
  • A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative agency environment
  • The ability to successfully manage multiple internal and external initiatives/projects in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong project management, communication and presentation skills
  • A strong track record of winning new business
  • Strong problem-solving and creative conceptual skills
