Description:

Research includes locating scientific articles, participating in journal clubs, locating industry reports, distributing relevant information to the team, and maintaining resource binders for new business pitches. KOL (Key Opinion Leader) communications include web searches for contact information for national and global KOLs in specific field, setting up KOL interviews, collecting and distributing transcripts, maintaining KOL database, and coordinating follow-up and payment of KOLs. Medical convention activities include identifying key meetings and locating convention programs and abstracts. The coordinator is also responsible for additional support services for the Medical & Scientific Affairs Department such as arranging schedules, organizing team meetings and arranging itineraries. QUALIFICATIONS
- BA/BS, preferably in biology
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with client and agency team members
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Computer proficiency including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
