Description:

You will be responsible for the development and management of all aspects of a project from inception through completion including:

• Developing and managing project timelines
• Developing project briefs and maintaining/providing day-to-day program status as necessary
• Trafficking projects internally, through freelancers (if appropriate), and to client
• Developing project estimates and managing budget to ensure project completed within budget and profitably
• Submission of projects for clients’ regulatory review processes
• Faculty management for meetings and projects (eg, Invitation; Logistics; Consulting Agreements)
• Securing venues for Advisory Board and other meetings
• Managing logistics (eg, Food & Beverage; A/V; Room block) for meetings

Requirements:

• Ability to "think fast" and provide solutions
• 3-years’ program management and/or related experience in medical communications agency or pharmaceutical/biotech company
• BA/BS degree
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Interest in and comfort with client communication
• Extreme attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Interest in and experience with event planning/logistics a plus
• Willing to and interest in travel
