Description:


The Manager, Corporate Marketing is responsible for preparing strategy and developing a marketing plan for managing corporate marketing efforts including advertising, public relations, marketing communications, events, corporate marketing programs, promotions, Web sites, corporate sales tools, speaking engagements, and subsidiary marketing efforts to support and raise profile. The Manager will be responsible for achieving or exceeding awareness, enhancing the company’s corporate image, and positioning the company as a leader in the medical education and communications industry, including both certified and noncertified education programs/activities and their key outcomes. The Manager will also provide leadership and management within Corporate Services. Expectations for this dynamic position include an experienced and innovative marketer and creative writer with proven results.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage corporate branding, positioning, and major message development
  • Coordinate the development of general corporate and subsidiary sales tools and all collateral materials
  • Create and distribute press releases and advertorials
  • Maintain all Web sites
  • Oversee all activities related to corporate marketing and corporate promotions
  • Work with management teams and ensure an understanding of key best practices in: branding, communications optimization, and marketing mix
  • Establish leading practices that will enhance alignment with the corporation’s brand strategies and elevate execution success
  • Conduct marketing research and translate the findings into creative and innovative marketing concepts, practices, and deliverables
  • Interface with business units to create and coordinate consistent and uniform corporate logos, messages, and public relations
  • Plan and administer the corporate marketing budget
Desired Skill Sets
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree from a four-year college in business/marketing and three to five years of experience in a marketing position
  • MBA or master’s degree in related field preferred
  • Experience in managing budgets
  • Exceptional communication skills and abilities to represent our company in an extremely professional environment
  • High degree of organizational and project management skills with ability to multi-task
  • Strong entrepreneurial sprit, self-motivating, and balanced
