Description:
The Clinical Affairs Specialist (CAS) assists the R&D and production teams with the development of content for medical education activities which include but are not limited to: content development, research and analysis of the latest-evidence based data presented at worldwide medical meetings, and editing educational monographs for scientific and medical accuracy. The CAS will assist the R&D director with all CME activities which include: CME monographs, slide presentations, audio-conferences, and many other direct to communications activities directed toward physicians, pharmacists, and nurses. As part of the clinical affairs staff, you will review and analyze the latest evidence-based data by therapeutic area and disease state to serve as the medical liaison between sales staff, our pharmaceutical clients, and key opinion leader physicians.
Candidates must have a 4 year degree in a healthcare related field with at least 1 year of clinical experience, excellent oral and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. A PharmD or Nursing degree is preferred.
