Major Function:
Client coordinator works under the supervision of the account management team to carry out daily assigned tactical project support to the account management team. Communicates with external clients and internal staff with independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload. Able to work in a team based environment as necessary to effectively accomplish tasks.

Essential Functions:
  • Monitor project time and events schedule
  • Prepare materials for client meetings and ongoing materials for project meetings
  • Assist with client reports including financials
  • Work with internal teams
  • Creates and maintains status reports
  • Be available onsite at client to assist with tactical implementation of client processes
  • Become an expert in client processes
  • Assist account management team with the scheduling of faculty/client/vendor conference calls/meetings
  • Offload work from account management team
  • Manage and monitor client project data as directed
  • Proposal support. Prepare materials for new projects.
  • Assist and coordinate assigned account management functions such as changes to agendas, develop/create handouts for meetings, communication composition, etc.

This position requires a person with a high energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities. In addition the following skills are required:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, database programs)
  • Sound judgment and reasoning with ability to work independently
  • Well-organized and strong multitasking skills
  • Client management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced consulting environment
  • Flexibility for last minute client requests and changes
  • Impeccable follow through and attention to detailGood communication skills
Education and/or Experience:
  • College degree; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in the medical education, pharmaceutical marketing, or pharmaceutical advertising. Previous client experience is a major plus.
