Program Coordinator - Nurse To Patient

About Position
Program Coordinators on the Nurse-to-Patient Network serve as the primary liaison for educators regarding the Nurse-to-Patient Network. They communicate with Health Care Professionals (also called Educators) and sales representatives via the educator network info phone line, fax, mail and email. They establish and maintain a variety of educator network lists/databases. The Program Coordinator must consistently strive to improve the network by streamlining process and showcasing the highest level of customer service. Our client is searching for organized, self motivated, positive, proactive individuals to join the team as a Program Coordinators.

Key Responsibilities - Network Management
  • Communication with Educators and Sales Reps via phone, fax, mail, and/or e-mail
  • Responsible for entering program related information into multiple software systems
  • Responsible for answering the educator network info line
  • Troubleshoot "issues" as they arise
  • Establish and manage a variety of educator networks lists
  • Manage shipping for programs and projects
  • Monitor sending program confirmations to confirmed educators on a daily basis
  • Tabulation of meeting evaluations
  • Review and process program payments
  • Assist Account Manager and Program Manager as needed
  • Maintain processes for entering and implementing programs
  • Consistently strive to improve the network by streamlining process and showcasing the highest level of customer service
  • Assist in completing weekly and monthly reports
Key Responsibilities - Network Training
  • Manage the set-up for trainings
  • Assist in the development of program materials for trainings
  • Distribute training meeting materials to educators
  • Establish and manage a variety of training related reports
  • Handle all attendee communications whether via phone, fax, mail and/or email
  • Manage attendee registration for trainings
  • Understand and produce effective, clear, concise, and manageable databases and reports
  • Proof all documents related to assigned training for grammatical or factual errors
  • Tabulate post meeting evaluations or other documentations
  • Review and process training payments
  • Assist with special projects as needed
  • Participate in all team presentations and goals
