Description:
SUMMARY
- To begin to produce bold, on strategy, persuasive copy for agency clients.
- Reviews concepts against the creative brief to ensure they meet strategic goals and objectives
- Becomes acquainted with clients and begins to understand product’s challenges in relation to overall market
- Brings creative ideas that meet needs, solves problems and drives the business strategy. Can manage the creative process and facilitate brainstorming. Open to the ideas of others. Can project how potential ideas may play out in the marketplace.
- Develops copy concepts that are relevant, strategically focused and thought provoking
- Driven to collaborate with colleagues and peers across the organization. Listens and responds to others in a respectful manner. Develops give-and-take relationships. Brings substantive conflicts and disagreements into the open and attempts to resolve them calmly, quickly and to mutual benefit.

- Effective relationship with creative and account team members
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Advertising, Journalism or related field from a four-year college or university
- Two or more years of related work experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- MS Office, word processing, spreadsheets, Internet software, E-mail, Database software
