Description:
We are seeking an onsite Multimedia Strategist/Developer.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Lead the development of all multimedia (Interactive and Web) communications for a business Unit. Implementing process and methodologies from brainstorming to development to quality assurance, phasing and scheduling.
- Work closely with the account and creative teams to propose and develop innovative technology-driven solution.
- Understand iMed Studios capabilities including technological tools/programs to foster the partnership between the business unit and iMed Studios. Where iMEd Studios does not have the capabilities to deliver a desired program, understand the capabilities of other PHCG or Publicis Groupe units which may be able to help deliver the program.
- Function as an educational resource to the organization in the area of multimedia development and innovative technology solutions/
- Collaborate with, and mentor colleagues.
- Five plus years experience in digital media strategy and creation. Knowledge of interactive technologies (including web, social media, TabletPC, and mobile technologies) is required.
- Experience at a medical communication company or background in biomedical science is preferred.
- Must have demonstrated experience in working in a multi-project interactive design/production environment. Must have strong inter-personal, management, and organizational skills. Must understand key industry software, and processes.
- Working knowledge of Flash/action scripting
- Working knowledge of Director/Lingo programming
- Working knowledge of databases for web use
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/javascript, some server-side scripting knowledge such PHP, Perl, Python, etc.
