Description:
Our client is undergoing significant growth and seeks an Account Coordinator for its team. In this role, you will utilize verbal, written and communication skills through interaction with all departments to support agency workflow.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Open up job numbers for all upcoming projects
- Oversee flow and amount of overall daily/weekly/general workload on specific projects throughout the day to ensure that interim deadlines and final end dates are met
- Prioritize work constantly throughout the day and throughout all departments
- Conduct weekly status meetings with all departments
- Coordinate the photocopying of meeting materials for outside vendors and manage the collating of materials with temps
- Handle issues and find solutions to problems - independently
- Envision solutions to problems before they arise
- Computer literate in word and excel (PC or MAC)
- Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be able to handle stress
- Associate Degree required
