Description:
Position Summary
Supervises the entire day-to-day operations for an account brand. Provides strategic leadership and advertising direction/guidance to the entire agency. Manage and grow the existing business. Actively seek opportunities for new business.
Principal Responsibilities
- Client:
- Initiates and spearheads strategy at all levels of the business
- Maintains close interaction with executives and other management
- Responsible for client’s brand development: stewardship of brand integration into all aspects of client’s business
- Acts as a partner between two co-promoting clients
- Builds strong relationships with clients at all levels with particular focus on Product Management/Director levels
- Internal:
- Provides assistance related to agency/team/management policies and practices
- Develops staff, mentors
- Manages staff of Account Supervisor and support staff
- Financial and Operational Responsibilities:
- Forecasts revenues and agency costs
- Develops budget to support agency/team objectives and plans
- Agency Responsibilities:

- Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 10-12 years of consumer account management, brand management or related advertising experience
- 5-7 years of managerial experience required
- Ideal candidate have a mix of DTC advertising and consumer packaged goods experience
- Preferred:
- MBA
- Previous work on a large, high visibility consumer brand is a strong plus
