Description:

To supervise and direct all aspects of client’s projects including product integration, installation testing delivery and follow-up.

Primary Responsibilities

• Full circle project management, which includes: initial project kickoff, discovery, storyboarding/site planning, wire frames, information architecture, creating and maintaining timelines, defining programming needs, requirement documentation
• Assist in budgeting proposals.
• Documentation of projects, both for internal purposes as well as for clients.
• Development of use-cases for appropriate testing of project.
• Day to day client contact, including: managing client expectations, translating their objectives into solutions, delivering status reports, creation of change orders where appropriate, identifying new opportunities with clients
• Creative problem solving, staying abreast on the newest technology and how it may benefit either internal projects and/or client projects.
• Work closely with development team to ensure timely use of everyone’s time.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Work with, or have an understanding of the following technologies: CSS, XHTML, ASP/PHP, Action Script/ Flash tweaks, SQL
• Perform content updates on client websites and projects
• Troubleshoot projects and report problems with possible solutions to development team.
