Job Description
The Designer is capable of producing superior graphic design projects. The designer must be able to work well independently as well as under the direction of art directors and/or creative directors. Designers may also work in direct partnership with copywriters on certain projects. The position requires the creative talent, problem-solving ability, and commitment to produce creative work that meets the highest standards in healthcare advertising and communications, as judged by our clients, independent award shows and agency management.

Responsibilities:

• Creativity (50%)
  • Creates and/or executes superior graphic design projects based on initial input from account team and direction from art directors and creative management.
  • Takes direction from art directors and creative management while working well independently.
  • Pays close attention to detail (file structure and preparation, execution of revisions, routing, etc.).
  • Prepares mock-ups (both 2D and 3D) and materials for agency presentations.
  • Plans for review of all work with appropriate art director and creative management.
• Productivity (25%)
  • Manages workload effectively by communicating effectively with creative management, art directors and account team.
  • Meets project deadlines.
  • Works efficiently within established budget.
• Leadership (25%)
  • Solves problems independently and demonstrates an enthusiastic and constructive approach to work.
  • Sets an excellent professional example.
