Serve as an agency leader for 1) brand teams’ strategic objectives by working with clients to provide strategic direction (campaign strategies, influences, drivers, competitive pressures, brand influences, etc.) and 2) by working with a senior creative partner and internal team to achieve outstanding tactical execution. Typically has the responsibility for managing $3-4 million in revenue, proficient in managing and developing others and building teams, grows business organically and inorganically, exhibits strategic leadership, and works independently. 20-50% overnight travel required depending on client location and brand.
Requirements
- Strategic mindset, proactive demonstration of strategic leadership, team player, strong relationship manager.
- Ability and desire to create build strong client relationship and internal team dynamics.
- General computer proficiency required
- Must possess a strong team orientation and excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, problem solving and influence skills.
- Ability to regularly exercise judgment and discretion in order to manage projects.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- B.A. degree.
- 7+ years prior work experience.
- In addition to required skills, opthamology experience, medical device or surgical experience highly preferable.
- Advertising experience necessary with healthcare agency experience highly desirable.
- Prior personnel and client management experience highly desired.
