Serve as an agency leader for achieving the client’s strategic brand objectives by working with the client to provide them with strategic direction and by working with the internal team to achieve tactical execution. Will have responsibility for managing $4-7 million. Should be proficient in managing and developing others and building teams, growing business organically and inorganically, exhibit strategic leadership, and works collaboratively.
Requirements
- Strategic mindset, proactive demonstration of strategic leadership, team player, strong presenter, and devoted relationship manager
- Experienced in product launch situation working with both partners in a joint venture
- Experience with US and global launches would also be preferrable
- Able to inspire confidence with clients and co-workers at all levels
- Ability and desire to create close working relationship with client team, and in turn, build alignment with the internal team.
- B.A. degree
- 7+ years prior work experience preferably in an advertising environment
- prior personnel and client management experience highly desired
- General computer proficiency required
- Must possess a strong team orientation and excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, problem solving and influence skills
- Ability to regularly exercise judgment and discretion in order to manage projects
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Normal working conditions
- 20-50% overnight travel required depending on client location and brand
