Overview
Responsible for Brand "storytelling" through long format copywriting on things like detail aids and other face-to-face printed materials.
Description of Duties
- Mentors Associate Brand Voice Writers, and assists in their development and training
- Owns face-to-face materials and the science of the brand
- Owns Brand Voice and is able to apply it when writing copy content for marketing materials
- Owns assigned brand(s)/product(s) knowledge. Utilizes writing ability & talent to take necessary product information and knowledge to create an interesting and dynamic copy flow and copy content of marketing materials
- Responsible for Brand "storytelling" through long and short format copywriting on things like detail aids and other printed collateral
- Intimate with Brand Voice and ability to apply this expertise and knowledge when writing copy content for marketing materials
- Partners with Associate Creative Director, writers, art directors and Medical Information Specialist to carry concepts through with skilled short and long format copywriting
- Collaborates effectively with medical liaisons to ensure the science is accurate and that the story integrates well with the technical elements of the brand or product.
- Ensures that Brand consistencies and Brand integrity is upheld through copywriting of Brand marketing initiatives
- Keeps up to date with trends within the industries specific to assigned brands
- Ensures that Brand consistencies and Brand integrity is upheld through copywriting of Brand marketing initiatives
- Minimum of 5-10 years as an Brand Voice Writer, and/or demonstrated accomplishments in work and talent
- Concentrated experience in advertising and/or healthcare Ability to work on a wide range of accounts and categories
- Demonstrated success in managing a cross-functional team, a plus Proficiency in critical software-primarily Microsoft Word/Powerpoint
- Ability to follow the creative and workflow processes
- Ability to translate a story through writing copy for detailed marketing materials like detail aids, brochures, and other face-to-face materials.
- Demonstrated and proven talent (work) with regard to writing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
