Description:
Our client is looking for a Development lead who will be responsible for our Interactive Development group.
The job consists of:
- Translating business requirements into technical architecture and specification
- Analyzing, designing, developing, and supporting web and CD based applications.
- Providing support to our sales team in technology related areas
- Managing a team of developers
- Instilling development processes, methodology and standards
- Communicating with clients and vendors.
- 5+ years of experience in analysis, design, development, documentation & production support for applications using Web and Client Server technologies.
- Experience with both Microsoft .NET, Java and Open source technologies
- Experience in the latest front end and back end technologies including Flash, AJAX, Wireless, Web Services.
- Experience in client interaction and team leadership
- Excellent communication skills
