Position Summary:
Oversee all Agency activities on assigned products.
Responsibilities of Position
- Provide effective direction to Client and Agency team
- Function as internal team leader making sure that all members of the team work together smoothly and effectively
- Manage all financial aspects of the assigned products
- Ensure that all project timetables are met
- Interface with Client at all levels of product management and with support departments
- Develop, write and implement product Communications Plans
- Continuously monitor the marketplace and provide updates to the Client and Agency on brand issues
- Keep supervisors aware of all issues at the Client and at the agency
- Be aware of new products or new opportunities which may be of interest to the Agency
- Proactively provide client with points of view and recommendations on business building, market research and competitive activities
- Become the "eyes and ears" of the therapeutic area assigned.
- Provide strategic and marketing guidance to client and agency team
- Ability to lead agency team
- Ability to oversee all aspects of projects on assigned account
- Development of key relationships with key clients

- Qualifying for this position normally requires the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-3 years pharmaceutical sales experience or 3-4 years agency experience
- Product management, market research or sales training experience preferred
