Great opportunity for a senior level pharmaceutical advertising/marketing professional. Our client is seeking an entrepreneurial senior level agency pro. Demonstrated strategic marketing skills, outstanding communication skills and the ability to coach and mentor multiple levels of staff are required. Passion for healthcare marketing is essential.
- Provides strategic leadership to the Account, Creative, and Client teams for respiratory account
- Proactively challenges and addresses Client needs for long-term future (i.e. beyond current/next sales period)
- Encourages and provides for growth and development of AS/AE Staff Assistants
- Coordinates and prioritizes activity among accounts
- Manages/steps in to challenge Client activities when necessary
- Helps to install knowledge, acceptance, and integration of agency innovations with Clients and Agency staff
- Must have Rx experience
- Bachelors degree, preferably in the life sciences
- Solid experience in a senior level role in a pharmaceutical advertising agency or senior level sales and marketing within a pharmaceutical company
- Must have experience in respiratory accounts
