Position Summary
The person in this role will work closely with the Account Teams, Creative Teams and Managing Director(s) to identify business development opportunities, to come up with appropriate Digital strategies and deliver best in class creative for client solutions, and to effectively articulate the value proposition of Digital offerings to internal and external audiences.
Principal Responsibilities
- Act as the local contact point for the Digital team in the coordination of Digital projects and in the development of strategies and creative ideas around new offerings in the Digital marketplace.
- Work with the Managing Director, Account Teams and New Business Development teams to identify and qualify new business opportunities and to craft strategies and innovative creative solutions that use Digital technologies to solve client challenges.
- Customize appropriate client capabilities presentations and present them to clients.
- Write proposals & segments of integrated proposals explaining Digital and training strategies, creative solutions, tactics and processes in client-appropriate prose.
- Assist with the generation and validation of proposal & project budgets that are viable and accurate.
- Act as client contact for digital creative solutions, strategy and implementation through projects’ lifecycle.
- Continually collect and disseminate market and competitive intelligence
- Work in conjunction with account team members to identify & develop relationships with external vendors & freelancers with specialty skills
- Be extremely familiar with all phases of the Instructional Design development process and the Digital Media development process from analysis through evaluation.
- BA/BS Degree
- 6+ Years Digital consulting, sales, creative and/or strategy experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Extensive knowledge of brand positioning and industry trends
- Strong familiarity and understanding of both technology and technology trends
