Primary responsibilities involve the day-to-day support of integrated online/offline acquisition, conversion and patient support programs. Responsible for providing operational and logistical support for relationship marketing campaigns. This includes mapping workflows and customer contacts, providing direction to vendors supporting the campaign, ensuring the logistical details of executing the CRM program are in place (i.e. IVR scripts, BRC postal specs), and constructing the business rules that govern the marketing effort. Client and vendor interaction.
Education:
4-year bachelor’s degree
Experience Required:
2-4 years in a direct marketing/CRM environment at a vendor, client or agency. Pharmaceutical experience is helpful, but is not required.

You are a bright, energetic, well-organized person who wants to help us create, execute, manage and analyze great online and offline CRM programs for our clients. You have the ability to think out of both sides of your brain. You have great writing skills and know the importance of team communication. You have worked on a variety of acquisition, conversion, retention and/or loyalty programs and you enjoy personal client interaction. You understand the power of data. You understand how to help your team take a concept or idea and turn it into the CRM business rules and data processing specifications that will govern flawless program execution. You can then put together operational reports that will knock our clients’ socks off. You possess a relentless attention to detail. You’re a wiz at Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
