RESPONSIBILITIES
In this important role, you will support the SVP’s through daily management of client and agency relations and activities, as well as serve as the liaison between external and internal contacts when appropriate. You must be assertive in anticipating the needs of the SVP’s and should be able to "think on your feet." On occasion, you will handle some project work in addition to performing general administrative duties ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of these two offices. It is essential that you be able to work independently and be resourceful in handling and resolving a variety of situations.
QUALIFICATIONS
At least 5 years of Executive support experience is required, preferably within an advertising/marketing/pr agency in HR. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and responding in a discrete manner at all times. Candidates must have strong written and oral communication skills and excellent judgment. Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word needed. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience strongly preferred.
