Description:

We are current seeking a Project Manager who can manage interactive projects from initial planning through launch including Quality Assurance Testing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Developing project estimates and project plans
Preparing comprehensive project scopes
Developing and maintaining critical issues documents
Conducting project status meetings
Preparing billing and forecast incomes
Working with Account Executives, Copywriters, Art Directors, Developers and Coordinators to fulfill client requests and expectations
Preparing all scope change documentation for Clients approval
Preparing functional specifications with project developers
Providing Clients with all production schedules and critical milestones

QUALIFICATIONS

4 - 6 years project management experience
Interactive advertising or advertising agency experience a plus
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Project & Visio
Understanding of development technologies
Strong communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle many projects at one time
Team oriented
Able to take direction & criticism
Self -motivated
BA/BS degree or equivalent
