Description:
We are currently seeking an Account Executive with relationship marketing and/or interactive advertising experience. The Account Executive will be responsible for the consistent monitoring of active projects to the client and will be expected to maintain a complete working knowledge of assigned disease segment and brand goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build solid relationships with clients and all client departments
- Attend and contribute to client meetings
- Follow through on all product tactical materials and plans (internally and with clients)
- Work closely with traffic to ensure daily tracking of all product jobs and efficient flow of jobs through the agency
- Interact and communicate with all members of agency product team to ensure accurate information exchange
- Open jobs and complete work authorization forms with thorough information from both agency and client
- Understand the regulatory process and review regulatory submission packages to ensure accuracy
- Develop product knowledge base (includes understanding of product indications, market research, marketing plans, category insights, competitive knowledge, etc.)
- Develop creative and production timelines for internal and client distribution
- Work with senior account team members to write strategic documents as necessary to service the product’s needs (annual planning presentations, POVs etc.)
- Manage, mentor and appropriately delegate to junior team members and grow their level of responsibility
- Financial management including working with the internal finance and billing representative, tracking budgets regularly and working with supervisors on quarterly forecasts
- We seek applicants with a Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relationship marketing (direct mail, print, collateral, DRTV) and/or interactive experience (websites, DVDs, rich media banners, e-newsletters).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, conceptual skills and the ability to work within a team are also required.
