Description:

We are currently looking for a Copy Supervisor to join our team. The Copy Supervisor will manage the planning, design, and execution of consumer pharmaceutical relationship marketing activities for internationally recognized brands.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Has 5+ years of advertising agency experience with some healthcare experience.
• Presents a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of relationship marketing vehicles, including but not limited to, direct mail, collateral, print and interactive (roles and responsibilities on each project are clearly stated in the portfolio).
• Is passionate, self-motivated, and quick to meet challenges with strategic thought.
• Has experience with strategic brainstorming and campaign development.
• Writes solid, intelligent, brand-appropriate, creative pieces for a variety of audiences.
• Is regarded as the creative thought leader when participating in internal meetings and reviews. When meeting with or presenting to clients s/he communicates intelligently and diplomatically. At all times our Copy Supervisor is unflappable, open-minded and confident.
• Is the "brand champion." Solves strategic and copy issues with client; enhances client’s confidence.
• Has experience managing and mentoring Copywriters and Senior Copywriters.
• Is detail focused, goal oriented, and well organized.
