Description:
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned candidate with ethical pharmaceutical experience. Responsible for overall development and servicing of assigned accounts so as to build strong, lasting client/agency relationships profitably. Assumes a leadership role in development of marketing strategies to grow client’s business and agency revenues. Supervise, train, motivate and provide opportunities for account executives to assume increased responsibilities.
- Responsible for overall development, servicing and satisfaction of assigned accounts and agency profitably.
- Manages all financial aspects for each assigned account.
- Cultivates and sustains strong relationships with senior-level Client contacts.
- Anticipates problems/opportunities and drives development of Client marketing plans and Agency strategies to grow Client’s business and Agency revenues.
- Looks for ways to build strategic value and enhanced partnerships with Clients.
- Supervises Account Planning sessions for each account on a regular basis.
- Supervise, counsel, train and motivate Account Executives to acquire greater marketing knowledge and to assume increased account responsibilities.
- Enhance effectiveness and efficiency of account services function so as to exceed Client needs and expectations.
- Actively direct and participate in new business activities as assigned.
- B.A./B.S./Masters
- 7+ years account service and/or Medical/Marketing.
