Description:
Responsibilities would include:
- Internal Engagement Management: Mobilize and manage engagement teams (including Software Engineers and Business Analysts) from planning through execution; contribute to engagement planning and budgeting; define deliverable structure and content; manage engagement economics.
- Software Engineering Management: Manage the Software Engineering development team to implement appropriate applications based on company needs and projects.
- Client Project Support: Support the internal Project or Business Managers responsible for delivering technology related solutions to our clients. May include participation in requirements, design, implementation, and testing phases of the software development lifecycle, as well as business team integration points (budgeting and planning, training, etc.).
- Company Best Practices: Develop practical solutions and methodologies to facilitate recurring company needs.
- Business Development: Participate in aspects of the proposal development process; and contribute to client account planning.
- BA/BS degree (or equivalent) required
- At least 6 years of stellar engagement management required, including at least 3 full cycle Information Technology implementations
- Management Consulting Experience, including Project Strategy, Planning, and Execution, strongly preferred
- Designations (PMP and ITIL Foundation level certification) are strongly preferred
- Advanced experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project and Visio
- Adept at designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team
- A proven resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
- Effective communication skills, both oral & written with both technical and non-technical clients
- Demonstrated collaborative, consultative, technical problem solving, design, prioritization and analytical skills
