Description:

We are currently seeking a Multimedia Developer to join our digital department.

Responsibilities:

• Creating a variety of multimedia projects (including websites, emails, banners, DVDs, etc.).
• Developing and reviewing solution architecture and functional specifications.
• Performing quality assurance testing on all projects.
• Working directly with project managers to communicate and update information as necessary with regards to schedules, budgeting and revisions.
• Consulting with art directors to ensure web constraints are followed with regards to interface design.
• Mentoring and training art directors on flash and interactive capabilities.
• Multitasking and managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously and maintaining deadlines and timelines.
• Working with project management to create and standardize processes.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a lead developer of interactive projects.
• Expert knowledge of Flash, Flash Video Encoder and ActionScript 2.0 (ActionScript 3.0 is a plus).
• Knowledge of HTML, XML, CSS, Javascript, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Director and Lingo.
• Experience with Video and Audio Compression as well as experience with a video editor such as Finalcut Pro or Adobe Premier.
• Experience with DVD Studio Pro or similar.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and technical teams.
• Self motivated to explore new technologies and programs.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• College Graduate preferred.
