The Account Director will independently manage a medical education plan for brands from strategic concept development through implementation and financial reconciliation, driving daily development and execution of account initiatives, and serve as a main client contact. This individual will also leverage his or her scientific acumen and tactical experience to assist in the organic growth of the account, as well as manage administration for direct reports.

As Account Director, you will be responsible for building client relationships and trust by leading project management initiatives across client teams. You will work with all levels of the organization and optimize internal team processes and procedures.
Responsible for developng, managing, and directing all aspects of various medical education projects and clients. Must have a comprehensive understanding of the marketplace, the ability to define the short and long term strategies in order to meet medical education objectives, and have the ability to build the need for development of proposed solutions/projects.
The Account Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of his/her account management team. This position includes both internal and external responsibilities. Internal responsibilities include the direct management and mentoring of all account team staff within the business unit, contributing to brainstorming and start-up of new programs, troubleshooting, facilitating inter-departmental communication, providing monthly reports and new business forecasts to senior management, participating in management team meetings and sub-committees, and contributing to new business development efforts.
